The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan

Very warm welcome by Miguel who took care of everything, earlier and quick check in which was appreciated after a long flight. The room is very comfortable & cosy with the typical St Regis high service quality. Loved the patisserie in the lobby they had such delicious canelle, amazing breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel during my trip to Shanghai, and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, I found the St. Regis Jingan to be one of the most comfortable and welcoming hotels I have ever visited. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegance of the property and the attentiveness of the staff. The level of service provided was truly superb. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. Whether it was the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, or dining staff, everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. The room itself was beautifully appointed and provided a luxurious retreat after long days exploring the city. The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail in everything from the room decor to the in-room services. However, I must mention that the ongoing renovations during my stay did have an impact on the overall experience. While I understand the necessity of these improvements, the construction noise and temporary adjustments did slightly detract from the otherwise outstanding environment. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the St. Regis Jingan and would highly recommend it to others. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing the hotel once the renovations are complete.
